Deliver us fom evil’s mission is to provide a space where it’s okay to believe in God, even if you’re not religious or a regular church-goer.

About

A cradle-born Catholic, Sarah stopped going to church in her 20s. But she always had a deep connection to God, so deep that she felt closest to him when she talked to him, whether it was in the shower, while she was walking about, or when she found herself struggling with anxiety that had ebbed and flowed over the course of her life. Even if she forgot about God sometimes, she found that whenever she talked to him, something shifted inside of her——something that nothing else had the power to do.

When she found herself in a state of anxiety around recent global events, Sarah began praying the “Our Father” every morning upon waking up and something clicked, something changed within. The anxiety went away and the debilitating fear melted like wax. She couldn’t explain to anyone in a way that was tangible or made any real-world sense, but she knew it had to be the power of God.

As she continued on her daily prayer journey, she thought about how the idea of God has become such a “dirty word” in today’s society, while ironically evil-doing has become increasingly cool and trendy. She was curious about why this was happening alongside the growing focus on “social justice” and wokeism and how these movements seemed to correlate with a decrease in genuine kindness in our society——that in some ironic sense these movements seemed antithetical to extending pure kindness to your neighbor, unless there was some political agenda attached to it. She decided she needed to be part of a different kind of seismic shift.

Deliver us from evil was born as a new kind of all-denominational movement, a community, a brand, and a resource to help people find their God, build their own kind of relationship with him, and find like-minded people who are seeking a space of unity as opposed to political and identity divisiveness, instead striving toward holistic goodness and kindness instead. The vision of our subtly branded apparel is to provide you a modern-day talisman to help you feel connected to God at all times.
